Puppy Application

Please take a moment to tell us a bit about yourself so that we can determine if we might have a puppy that would be a good match for you and vice versa.  If you have any allergies or special needs be sure to let us know.  If you just have questions or are still in the research stage, please just send us an email and we will be happy to respond.
 
We don't take reservations more than 6 months in advance as we don' t have litters planned that far ahead so if you are looking far ahead just drop us an email or check back in a few months time.  At this time all of our 2010 litters are fully reserved, we are only accepting application for our mini/medium  litter which will go home the end of Jan 2012. Do you have a fenced yard or nearby greenspace?  How much time will your puppy spend home along each day?

Please tell us about your past pets or experience with dogs and any pets you have now?  Do you have children, have they spend much time around a young puppy?

Does any one in your family have allergies?  How big of a concern is shedding for you in a puppy ?

What is your time frame for bringing a new puppy home?  Is there a particular litter you are interested in or particular sex/colour/size or personality type that is important to you

Who is your Veterinarian, may we contact them for a reference?  Do you understand that female pups are spayed before going home and all pups are sold as non-breeding pets.

Is there anything else you would like to tell us about yourself to help determine if one of our pups might be a good fit for you and vice versa?
